What to measure first
- finished-floor to finished-floor height
- available footprint and floor-opening position
- slab, beam and finish thicknesses
- required circulation width and guard/handrail space
A safer workflow
- Run the riser-count optimizer.
- Compare straight with L or U layouts.
- Check headroom and opening.
- Save at least two options and compare them.
What the result does not cover
It does not cover structural design, reinforcement, connections, fire resistance or guard details. Final dimensions must be verified on site.
